Wholesale Information
Please contact us at lizzieloushoes@gmail.com and we will send you the wholesale account form. This requires you provide your tax ID number and have a credit card on file. Wholesale orders must be a minimum of 12 pair (any style, any size). Wholesale minimums can change depending on demand. |

Wholesale Ordering
Orders can be emailed to lizzieloushoes@gmail.com. Before processing any orders, we must have a credit card authorization form on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party. Business checks are accepted but must clear the bank prior to shipping. There will be a $25 returned check fee for any checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds. |

Wholesale Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your wholesale purchase, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise by mail to Lizzie Lou Shoes with the original sale receipt, within 30 days of purchase. No wholesale returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned or exchanged if it’s unworn. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied. |

Instructions For Wholesale Return
* Box up the item with all original packing.
* Enclose a completed return form. (That will be sent upon approval of return).
* Refunds will be given in the original form of payment or by check.
* Please contact us for a return address and return authorization form. |

NOTE: For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return.

Regular store purchases must be returned to a store and store policies apply. |
